Hunter was laying outside, on a bench in his rose garden. A pair of sunglasses that had once belonged to Lindy covered his eyes. His Ipod set to a variety of rock songs pounded in his ears.

In the art studio, a special canvas had been completed. And right now, Hunter felt very calm about his life. Even the emotional challenges he had faced after attending Lindy's wedding seemed to be miles away.

In fact, he felt a little more at peace. So without even thinking about what might happen, or overthinking things, Hunter picks up his PINpoint, sending a quick message to Wil.

I have a painting for you. Did you want me to drop it off, or did you want to pick it up?

Wil doesn't move away from the touch. "I'm not sure I'll ever have that kind of bravery. Some people think I'm selfish for not wanting people to read my writing... I just don't know if I could bear the criticism."

"I don't think you are selfish." Hunter pauses for a moment, to carefully think over his opinions on the matter.

"I remember the pain and heartache of letting someone else view my work for the first time. I remember feeling that any criticism would just destroy me."

"And there will be critics. But there will also be those people who truly enjoy reading what you have to offer. And it is those people who you should consider."

"I know. And it's something that's a lot easier said than done." Wil is aware that it might take someone just publishing his work without his knowledge before he'll truly accept that, but it's not something he's about to say.

Hunter brushes his hand through Wil's hair with a fond smile. "Well if you need a push, I happen to know a pretty bold artist."

[weird. I am half a day away from creating an NPC journal for Kendra, so I can officially start plot]

Wil blushes a little. "Pushy guy, huh?" he says, mostly joking.

"With just enough restraint for when it is important."

"Guess that's what it calls for."

Hunter smiles again. He leans forward slightly, and whispers conspiratorial, "I can ensure to push so gently, that you don't even feel like you were pushed."
